      I am glad to see you have been enjoying Jet so far. Our unlimited PTO is one of my favorite benefits that encourages our employees to work hard and play harder. Regarding your feedback about quiet spaces, we are working to incorporate relaxation rooms in our offices to allow our employees to unwind on their breaks or lunches.       Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
