Pros
CEO has been doing a strong push for diversity and inclusion which has been amazing to see in such an "old boys club" industry. Great coworkers and a friendly environment. Good amounts of PTO (but few paid holidays). Flexible work hours.
Cons
Management often overloads talented people who do great work, while doing little to push along those who are underperforming and help them improve. Leads to burnout and resentment.
