Pros
Great coworkers. Management are very flexible and seem to care about employees. The work is really cool (who wouldn't want to build and launch a rocket?)
Cons
Management can't control schedules as thats outside of the contract scope. Other contractors supply the equipment we integrate and even NASA can't make them hold to the schedule.
