Jabil Listens, it might seem like it takes a bit to fix a situation but with time and patience it does get fixed. Pay increases just happened which made the morale go up in the company, we are paying above market wages now! Cleanroom environment - always heated and/or AC. Employee surveys to figure out what Jabil is doing well and what they need to work on.
