Pros
Jabil is a very fast-paced, high expectations company. So if you're not a person who is easily overwhelmed, you'll do great. Although the company has 200k employees worldwide, it still has a small business feel within the corporate environment. The work environment is flexible, the work itself and what the company does is incredibly interesting, and the people are stellar. You also get about two weeks off at the end of December, when the company shuts down.
Cons
The benefits aren't much to look at. Although the company shuts down the last two weeks of December, most of it is deducted from your PTO. Along those lines, you only get 15 days of PTO (after first year) and 1 floating holiday. Health insurance is OK.
