Management are a mess, run mainly be people 20-22, so as young as you/ close in age, some of the supervisors are extremely cliquey/ cultish and will treat u based on how much they like you, and think they’re better than you when in reality supervisors get paid like 30p extra. They take the power authority to their heads, and oh my God ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOU SELLING CREPS PRODUCTS, literally they don’t care about your friendliness if you work on shoes specific ally, just sell crep sprays. Horrible DONT DO IT, I quit after a month.
