Pros

Good organisation, depends on the team you work with.

Cons

I was force to resign from the organisation because of politics. They extended my probation period with silly reasons. Then they gave me written exam on process, after four continues attempts, taught by one person and evaluation done by the same person, still didn’t clear the exam. Reason: grammatically errors etc... After the exam, in meeting along with the HR, manager threatens me that I will be terminated if I don’t resign myself (for not clearing the test). The fact is that I heard the Vice President of the Team saying clearly that I wanted this person to get rid off and do whatever it takes after I denied to move to morning shift for few months. I heard this from outside the meeting room. Then one by one they made reason for extending the probationary period, followed by written test, followed by forced resignations. What happened to the core values: “Integrity”

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
