Possibility to interact with colleagues from all over the world, with very different professional backgrounds. Allows reallocation to other countries, but usually only for very special cases or top management.
Cons
Lots of politics and bureaucracy. It's a researcher oriented company and they don't invest enough in technology & development (main issue with this company). It's also hard to find top notch talent inhouse.
