Great atmosphere - fun place to work Senior management very visible and accessible Some of the work very interesting Sense of honesty from management
Cons
Expect a lot from junior staff (hours/responsibility) but pay doesn't match with that Sometimes too much donkey work given to junior staff (recognise that they make an effort to avoid this - I used to work at BMRB where this was MUCH worse)
