Pros
You can pick the hours you want to work as long as you do the minimum requirement You work with people throughout the country so you get exposure to various types of tax situation
Cons
Very high stress, you feel used and abused, you may love it the first year, not so much the 2nd and if you are stupid enough to cone back the third year you end up hating it. Very unsupportive and unprofessional managers, I did 3 season, 3 managers, so it's not just one, that's the culture The leads that are supposed to help you are Horrible, one of my managers actually said its hard to get and keep good leads, numerous tech issues that disrupt your job so you need to reach out to incompetent leads You get promoted only if you kiss up, not if your stats are fabulous During tax season absolutely no work life balance All in all left a very bad taste
