Pros

Great benefits and nice co-workers make this a great to work. After work Friday socials, great on-site amenities, great home life/work life balance.

Cons

Actually had a manager the group dubbed "little Hitler". This person had already lost an entire group after 50 people went to HR about him. But in the Disneyland that is Intuit, they simply hid him in the closet, and fed him an infinite series of buzz words, power point presentations, and removed all abilities to choose a direction. Then gave him anther group to torture. He now has worked his way to a cushy and useless role in the never ending HR/Workplace Solutions mess. This is the location of all people that have been assimilated into the Borg collective. The Director and VP are even worse.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
