Pros
Intuit has one of the best cultures of any large company. Employees are truly important to the leaders of the company. It isn't just lip service and I know personally Intuit has made many monetary decisions where we have made trade-offs that biased toward the employee over the shareholder. Another area I love about the company is that Intuit lets you reinvent yourself. Just look at the mobility across the leadership team. Mobility is encouraged at every level.
