You often get salary on time It had good reputation in the PAST

Cons

- Currently, they're cutting costs, leading to uncomfortable chairs, small desks, reduced kitchen supplies, and occasionally no toilet paper, etc + They have shifted to hiring inexperienced fresh graduates while laying off senior staff - There’s no paid overtime, yet employees are often required to work +10 hours beyond their contract, despite policies indicating it should be compensated. - Your raises, overtime hours, and career growth and certificates are heavily depending on your manager's mood, which often involves micromanagement. - If you’re unaware of your rights, it’s difficult to obtain them; you must actively ask, as they won’t be provided voluntarily. - HR is always monitoring from the desk nearby. - Most raises are inadequate unless the manager has a personal liking for you. - There’s a toxic culture of gossip, where unverified claims are taken seriously without allowing you a chance to defend yourself - The evaluation process lacks clarity. - HR and management frequently lack professionalism and tend to mislead employees. - High turnover rates are primarily due to low salaries and an extremely toxic work environment. - Recently, HR has initiated superficial fake activities to simulate fake concern for employees.
