Great work/life balance. Autonomy to be authentic in the way that I run my business, both short-term and long-term, with plenty of support at the local, regional and corporate level. Extremely high confidence level of the service being delivered. Referrals make up the vast majority of new business and service does a great job at retaining clients. Relationship selling. Unlimited earning potential. Great benefits. Non-stop education & learning. Challenging, yet rewarding... and it feels good to do what we do every day.
Cons
Extremely complex business that with a steep learning curve... takes someone with dedication to be successful. Unfortunately, most don't have 'it' but to those that do, plenty of reward at the top of the mountain. Not a great fit for someone with a transactional mindset or who is used to a constant source of inbound leads.
