Insperity interview questions

I received an interview request and met with a great recruiter. The second interview was with 3 individuals. After that I was handed off to another recruiter, she had no idea what she was doing and asked me for everything that was needed last minute. The background check company they used asked for previous paychecks year over year which didn't make sense. Tat whole process was not great.
