ICLC is a great place to work with excellent benefits and really dedicated and supportive colleagues. ICLC is very client-focused and tries hard to keep staff happy and engaged by hosting various trainings, retreats, and events. I really appreciate the flexibility with my schedule and they offer a hybrid work environment where I get to work from home most of the time.

The work is intense, it can be emotionally draining, and the volume of work is high. ICLC's offices are in Skid Row and there is always a heartbreaking situation to witness right outside our doors. The managers seem to really care about the work and the employee experience but often seem too busy to see things all the way through.
