1. Access to senior management 2. If you have an idea, you'll be given an opportunity to work on it, doesn't matter you succeed or fail, but efforts are really appreciated by the senior management 3. The organisation has a focus of growing and it takes it's employees as an integral part of it's growth 4. Global customer base, I was extensively working with Middle eastern customers
Cons
1. Although, products are extremely powerful, but serving a nitch market, Senior Management might need to focus more on R & D to extend their product line to larger market and industry.
