      Workload can be high during release cycles. Salary growth could be better compared to market standards.

      I started here, and I have to say it was best decision. Though I left for PG, but they guided and trained me really well

      1. No wlb 2. Poor increment 3. Abusive managers 4. Too many directors 5. Firing experienced and bringing freshers 6. Too much of power concentrated in the hands of certain few 7. Egoistic VPs who like boot lickers 8. No proper revenue stream 9. Customers are leaving 10. Unrealistic timelines and commitment given to customers 11. Stupid AD
