      Pros

      After you loose your project they keep you on bench for about 90 days. They know the value of their employees.

      Cons

      Poor resource management. They have so much potential but don't know how to utilize the talent of their work force.

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
