Pros

Very good training but eventually the company fails to capitalize on it as resource management is very poor and core competence is not really considered as well as performance in the projects.

Cons

Very poor resource management.The freshers are trained to take on the Infy ways of working but on the floor the managers maximum of whom are laterals dont even know how things work at Infy!.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
