Pros
* Employees care about the company and each other (I haven't met any jerks for the lower level employees and lower level managers) * Product is rock solid and at the forefront of the industry (So I have no guilt about working for a company that makes a crappy product or that uses shady sales tactics) * The direction of the product seems spot on * The company has always been fair and tried to do the right thing for me * It is a fun work environment * Excellent work-life balance. Co-workers have not asked me to work off hours unless it really benefits the customer and makes sense. I've been at the company for 1yr, and am comparing it against the past few companies I've worked for. Infoblox beat them all no question. Maybe that means I have worked for crappy companies, or it means this one is awesome.
Cons
* I'm not confident the leadership has clear direction at all levels. They seem to have done better this year (2016) however. I can't tell how much is being driven from bottom up vs too down
