Good atmosphere, interesting tasks, relatively good work/life balance. In general, good pay.
Cons
Difficult recognition in terms of salary increase or bonus; unpredictable about job security. Absolutely no courses to keep state-in-the-art knowledge. No real incentives for papers/publications which is bad for the company itself.
