Pros
Friendly workplace and employees are treated well. Management are generally approachable, helpful and flexible. Work from home options and flexible leave policy. There is a lot of training though quality is variable.
Cons
Excessive standardization robs employees of agency and is demotivating. You are the first point of contact for the customer for large number of topics but are directly responsible and able to influence a small number of them. During my time at Infineon, more and more activities have switched from something I can do myself to something I have to email someone else to do. CRM solution, Microsoft Dynamics, is a disaster that makes CLM's job impossible. It needs to be scrapped. Adherence to process is often valued over results achieved. Management avoid conflict and direct feedback. Salaries aren't great
