Pros

- Had a lot of growth during Covid. - Global exposure in most customer facing roles. - The co-founders themselves take interest in making sure that their people outside of India are comfortable. - People in almost all business teams around the world are nice and friendly. - Ethical business practices. - People find ways to collaborate and help each other across borders. - My manager was very friendly

Cons

- Too much red tape for an organization that encourages entrepreneurship. - All decisions effectively made in India by people who mistakenly believe they know the market better than the people on the ground. - Support functions, especially the HR teams in India, are overstaffed and with people who do not understand business and couldn't care less.
