      Pros

      They have a great company culture. The work is rewarding and can be stressful at times but at the end of the day feels worth it.

      Cons

      There’s not much transparency in terms of how your quota is calculated. Accounts can be moved in and out of your name with what seems random. Really the only negatives.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
