      Incedo provides comprehensive training that will help you with you fullfill the knowledge and skills in fullstack development. The culture is very opening and transparency, you can step up to expose your viewpoints, and everyone is very collaborative and they can help you with any issues. Senior managements are very friendly and approachable.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
