Pros

Nothing at all. Earlier WFH was a plus point, but now they are forcing people to come to the office physically, even if it means wasting an hour of your time in commute and decreasing your productivity.

Cons

Unlike forced reviews by HR, this is the true picture of Life Sciences in Incedo: 1. There have been recent hirings of Higher Management (Directors and Sr. Managers) in the Life Sciences department and the INCEDO TEAM SPIRIT has been thrown off completely by these new people. 2. They do not know how to even talk to employees. They seem to have been blinded by their designations. People openly threaten their direct reportees with demotion and firing. 3. There is no open door policy here anymore and if someone tries to skip the hierarchy, their lives are turned upside down by their senior. 4. Senior Management does not know how to provide constructive feedback anymore. It feels like we are in college being ragged by our seniors, especially in the Life sciences department. These people seriously need to change their tone and attitude or else there are going to be massive resignations. 5. It seems that Incedo is hiring senior people either just on the basis of their previous brand or if someone up the hierarchy knows a person, regardless of their competencies, because these people are not competent in understanding the nature of work, LS domain or properly talk to the employees working under them. 6. The higher management is busy playing the blame game and is not at all bothered about the lack of business and clients in Life Sciences. 7. There is no proper channels/technology for discussing things with your manager. It is all verbal and there is no measuring and management system in place. They don't even have an appraisal system, it is all in Excel and mail just like in the old century. 8. Nobody is bothered about teamwork and org goals, people are just trying to avoid work at their level and keep on delegating things from one level to another. 9. Higher Management, in general, is very rude in Life Sciences. They do not know how to talk to people and will ask you to work continuously to meet deadlines which you neven agreed to since day 1. 10. They will pay as much as the other person demands in fresh hiring, but once you are in, your value is worthless and you will rue the day you joined here within the first 6 months, for sure. Honest suggestion - If you are being hired for Life Sciences in Incedo, please steer clear or your peace of mind will be lost and you will never grow. Take a job will lesser pay but you will be safe from this toxicity.

Pros

No pros whatsoever. If you do not want to be a victim of reckless hiring and then firing do not join

Cons

Pointless Hiring and Firing No Projects and Work Politics at its best 3 months notice period No Policies and Integrity You can never trust HR or your Managers. They will say something and do something else. You can be fired anytime, within a single day without notice or reason. They will hire you, they will not be able to give you any project and after 2-3 months they will fire you. Please do not join this bogus organization.

Pros

Partial Work from home is still intact, hopefully for long - glass half full, iykwim!

Cons

Management - Directors and Sr Tech Managers - have caused a lot of problems for everyone in the life science department, since they joined. Usually, a new management would try to know their team members and work on their upliftment, encouragement, but these chaps seems to have - my way or highway - approach since the day one. Not a single LS employee is comfortable with their attitude. I am happy, a few of my colleagues have started to blow the whistle. They have destroyed the team's dynamic and made it difficult for the teams to function on day to day level. .> They have such an audacity to say that they can demote or fire anyone with a single email. .> They says that they have been given the power to fire anyone in LS, even if it comes to firing everyone on the floor, I know it sounds silly, but if you know what I mean - the attitude! .> Telling employees they wouldn't die if they come office, its just a cold! whereas, they themselves don't show up for weeks for the same reasons. .> They don't have respect for the teams and their opinions. Soon, if this continues, we will start losing more clients. l am sure they must be irritating them off too. The people being talked about here are incompetent in both domain knowledge and basic managerial skills. They never pay heed to employees feedback, instead, make their own polices and pass it off as organizational policy changes. If a single employee resigns, it would be because of these people. If they don't have basic people management skill then what is the use of their fancy degrees and past experience. If they just focus 50% on problem solving, provided they are competent enough, over time, Life Science would again become what it used to be. My honest suggestion would be to steer clear of the life science department. If you are being hired for any other department, Incedo is a fine organization.
