Incedo provides lot’s opportunity to explore and fine-tune your skill and learning. Leadership team always stand behind you and support each of your initiatives. They know your strength and weakness, and provide the suggestion accordingly. Transparent and open conversation culture is Big Plus and Zero politics (100% on my team). Which free up your mind and focus on the deliverables. Incedo Library is the great medium to Up-Skill your knowledge. Personally I believe Incedo constantly hunting and encouraging the good attitude and skilled people. If you take care of your project and team, organization will take care of you. Team co-ordination is really great. It’s poised in all hierarchy like Team member level, Management level and Leadership level.

Honestly, nothing I can think on this cons. Overall very good Organisation for the beginner as well as lateral employees to show their potential.
