      Subsdise food. Otherwise I did not anything good.

      Cons

      Bad upper management. HR lies about the profile . They will hire u by lieng about the real profile. Upper management are from sales profile they will treat u like sales person. HR is not strong as much to take decision about the upper management. If you don't have any option then you can go for it. Otherwise NO . never.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
