Need to implement better processes like for appraisal and timely feedback. Some things are completely dependent on managers, and they work in biased manner favoring whom they want. Like rewards n recognition, appraisal, or giving work from home facility or giving onsite opportunity, these things should be handled with processes at organizational level without bias.
