9yIt is regrettable that you left us with such a perception. Nevertheless, let me clarify upon a couple of points. 'Work from Home' policy is available basis nature of the job and is availed by many, across the organization. If the same demands an employee's physical presence at the work location, the benefit may not be extended to him/her. Further, increments rolled out for the current year at Incedo are higher than the market standards. Arun Paul
