Unfortunately, without having information regarding the support you may be referring to we are unable to address your specific concerns. However, we can say that we care greatly about the success of our team members and we strive to create an environment of growth and support for our team.
We have made great strides in making changes to our Customer Success team to better support our team members. Changes in department structure, along with changes in Key Performance Indicators and workflows, have been made with the goal of making the workload more manageable. We also offer programs to help our team members grow like Walk-a-Day, Career Coaching, and reimbursement for courses and certifications to build skills and advance careers.
