Pros

The President, Ilene is a very personable and knowledgeable woman, with 30+ years in the media industry. The office is located in a centralized modern downtown location with great amenities. The team is collaborative and helpful to newcomers. Healthy number of clients ranging from nonprofits to restaurant, automotive, telecommunications, etc.. Group brainstorming sessions and happy hours frequent, but not required. :)

Cons

not as many young professionals on the team as management hopes to accrue in the future, due to the need for experienced media specialists.

Pros

The employees are what make Inline a great company. Higher-ups care about employees lives and happiness. We also get a flexible schedule, summer hours, always snacks in the kitchen, full health care including dental/vision, and free sports tickets.

Cons

Because it's such a small company, everyone always has work to do and very little downtime; it can be high stress.

Pros

A nice, cute downtown location

Cons

Literally everything else. If your degree/experience is in marketing, don’t expect to actually do any marketing in this position. Your job is accounting and customer service for some reason. And if you don’t know much about accounting because that wasn’t in the job description or mentioned in any of the interviews? Expect to be talked down to when you actually require training on it. Multiple people have said the company wants to attract younger, cooler employees but the only thing they’re doing to attempt that is providing snacks. Also expect to be offered a part time position instead of the full time you had 4 interviews for so that they can avoid offering you benefits. How hip and fresh!
