Pros

There were snacks in the kitchen Location downtown was pretty Upper management can be kind

Cons

Inconsistent management Lack of communication on needs and expectations Minimal training, very much a “figure it out” by grinding away at it Difficult to make work friends or feel supported while working Will be hired for one job function, and be expected to perform duties outside the job description Very clear favoritism from management based on personality rather than performance Inconsistent expectations — some people are fully remote despite living within walking distance of the office

Pros

They’ve had over eight people quit in the past year which is alarming at such a small agency. This shows that it’s not a hiring issue but a management issue. Management is condescending and belittling to associate and senior level employees alike.

Cons

Management has the ill minded capacity to treat their employees terribly and then when confronted they pretend to be surprised.

Pros

The employees are what make Inline a great company. Higher-ups care about employees lives and happiness. We also get a flexible schedule, summer hours, always snacks in the kitchen, full health care including dental/vision, and free sports tickets.

Cons

Because it's such a small company, everyone always has work to do and very little downtime; it can be high stress.
