Immersive Wisdom allows for fully remote work. A great, caring team with some of the smartest people pushing on challenging problems. The company's software product is actually exciting and different from so much of what else is out there. Very fulfilling to work with Immersive Wisdom's customers.

Wish we could spend more time together physically as a company; being physically distributed across so many time zones makes that challenging, but also positions us well by being close to our customers.

Product is definitely needed. Base pay is so-so.

Unpaid overtime daily, only one health plan choice, no FSA/HSA, no 401K at all (despite promises) much less a 401K match, only 80hrs PTO, stole my PTO when I left (based on unpublished 'policy' not in employee handbook), they will lie to you in hiring process (reason for vacancy, work hours and culture, pending 401K), vague pay promises of "when we hit the big time..." with nothing in writing.
