We’re pleased to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data, to ensure we’re paying the market rate. To ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and to help close our gender pay gap, we also use external benchmarking data to guide suggested increases. We also operate pay scales in our Professional Services teams, which enables our employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, which are reviewed in line with the cost of living each year. We’re further delighted to offer all permanent employees an annual bonus entitlement, which pays out in summer. Along with competitive salaries, we also understand the importance of ‘total reward’ – we invest heavily in progression opportunities, internal and external training, extensive employee wellbeing support, and investment in volunteering and charitable initiatives.
