We’re delighted to operate a total reward package at IRIS, including amazing benefits, bonus schemes and holiday entitlement, and specifically for our salespeople, our comprehensive commission scheme, and luxurious trips. Our commission plans support employees through monthly payments, set monthly and quarterly quotas, and enables our salespeople the chance to earn up to 200% of commission when they achieve their target. We’re also delighted to operate a range of other incentives throughout the year to reward consistent achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with fantastic prizes, as well as inviting our Elite Club on luxury trips. We’re delighted to reward our salespeople, and happy to share that our employee attrition in the Sales Function is lower than the national average employee turnover.
We also work hard across IRIS to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated ‘Managing with IMPACT’ training programme to do just that, as well as providing managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training, HR coaching, wellbeing tools and regular check-ins with their managers to ensure they’re performing at their best.
