Thank so much for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. Our managers and senior leaders have extensive managed payroll experience to support our teams as we grow, and we are delighted to have continually hired people into our managed payroll team throughout the year. We also provide an annual bonus to all our global payroll employees to recognise and reward them for all their hard work throughout the year. We are also committed to offering a great range of mental health and wellbeing support - with trained mental health first aiders, a weekly workplace support group, company-funded access to talking therapies, wellbeing apps, an Employee Assistance Program, and Mindfulness training.
Like many companies during the Covid-19 pandemic, we closed many of our offices to ensure that everyone could work from home safely, in accordance with government guidelines. Since then, we have conducted numerous employee surveys to understand if/when they would like to return to their sites. The overwhelming feedback has been that most employees do not wish to return to the office for the majority of their time, so we are looking at the best approach that considers the needs of all of our teams.
