Our companywide annual salary review process uses external benchmarking data to ensure fairness and market alignment, and we work closely with Heads of Function and Senior Management to apply consistent increases using best practices based on a range of factors. We also operate pay scales in select departments, which enable employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, and these are reviewed annually in line with the cost of living. We’re also proud to invest in our people through dedicated leadership pathways, an extensive library of personal development courses, and fully funded apprenticeships and qualifications.
