We also provide our sales teams with performance mindset coaches and nutritionists, support increased movement and activity in the working day, offer great incentives, and give everyone the opportunity to maximise their earnings. We’re also delighted to operate a range of incentives throughout the year to reward consistent achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with fantastic prizes, as well as inviting our Presidents Club on luxury trips.
