Having worked for the company for over 12 years, I can say this is great place if want to develop a career in the technology sector. Family oriented environment where voices and opinions are heard. Always open to hear new ideas and get them executed within a short period of time. The team is very friendly, proactive and ready to help other departments. Management is supportive of career advancement initiatives and I have also seen it support employees going through personal matters many times during my time here. I feel this is a great place for young, smart, active professional looking to grow and learn from various teams and departments.

It is a very busy environment so definitely not a good fit for people looking for a "relaxed" place to work, however, you will never have a boring day! We are in technology so there is always new ideas, new trends and projects to work on which keeps our environment active and exciting.

VERY BAD WORK ETHIC. Use pirate software. They don't play fair! You are paid unfair: Their trick is to hire you as contractor so that they don't have to pay you any EI, CPP or any anything. They pay minimum wage for knowledge worker. After subtract taxed and pay your EI, CPP, you are left with less than the general minimum wage. Very stressful work place with very hostile manager. If you are hired, better prepare to work like dog! They treat their customer not much better than their employees. Don't by their softswitch solution. There are much better companies with wider market recognition and compatible. Their softswitch is rubbish. Their customers open ticket with system down and unstable complain all the time. The softswitch is hard to use and unreliable; therefore, you will have to stick with their support. STAY AWAY from working or buying anything from this company!
