It was a long phone interview and then had in person interview as well, written interview , quite long process , had given a website to work on as interview project
The first step is an Interview with recruiter and then followed by onsite interview with different members of PM, Development and Marketing. Focus is on product development experience and technical knowledge.

Interview
I only interviewed with the President. I think it's a control/ego thing because he hired me after a 30 minute discussion for a department he doesn't know how to be successful in. I think it's pretty bad when you're not interviewed by a team. Good teams make good companies and people are vetted infront of teams. Bad decisions made by individuals with a questionable moral compass and large egos make for a very bad working environment.
