Pros
Unfortunately not a lot any more. Nice offices (at the expense of your compensation). They hold a Christmas party. I have learnt a lot about how not to run a company.
Cons
Where do I start? This was once a great company of smart hardworking people, however a lot has changed in the past 3 years and the atmosphere and culture is now appalling. If you sit at your desk for long hours management assume you are doing a great job; not at all task/objective driven. Zero transparency to staff as to the goals and performance of the company, management prefer to keep their staff in the dark. Not at all a team orientated organization, management have created a blame culture that results in staff having to always CYA. Little in the way of staff benefits. Little in the way of a social scene (i hear NY is a little better) Some very smart people came through this company but unfortunately most have left, leaving an incompetent management layer, a few people that actually know the product that want to leave but are scared to take the jump (due to the non compete) and a large group of graduates that have very few people to learn from. A culture that once encouraged staff to learn the solution to a very detailed level no longer exists and staff in the major business centers (NY, London) now are simply used as an interface to the client which then passes problems to a Delhi based team. There is no compensation policy at all (CEO decides and lower management pick up the pieces). Also to address the few positive reviews on here; If the reviews are from London or New York they are simply false and made up. I can't imagine there is one person that is happy working for this company.
