Pros
They take people development quite seriously and, usually, there´s less pressure than in other companies. At least in the digital / web field. There's lots of development options within the company, national and internationally. And, being such a massive brand, it really opens doors for you.
Cons
It's very burocratic, and with the time it becomes repetitive and not challenging. Especially in digital, they're slow to incorporate new trends. Digital and IT salaries are lower than the benchmark.
