      really good ethos and culture, good way of thinking. xmas gifts, holiday pay, free bupa

      Cons

      constant battle with co workers, lots of overtime, very stressed workload and deadlines to met. senior management not very nice.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
