Pros
The owner of the store is really flexible about hours and asking for days off. The management is nice. It's a small town so the environment is very laid back.
Cons
The customers are often rude and hard to deal with. The pay isn't much. It's minimum wage which is 8.25 in IL. Even the managers get paid 8.25.
