Pros

if you’re a casual the money is good (however not worth the mental health decline)

Cons

-can’t pay workers properly who are part time or full time -certain managers are extremely rude and belittle you -lots of favouritism from managers and supervisors -cannot keep managers for a decent amount of time -staff turn over is extremely concerning!! -other staff members are rude

They pay on time. So, they're is no delay in getting your salary

There is favoritism. The managers and directors don't seem to care about the employees.

Pay is slightly higher Assistant manager was amazing

Cons

They fired me illegally Manager completely ghosted me unless I spoke to the assistant manager All the higher ups are family High turnover rate No HR of any kind Passively force workers to work longer hours than they are supposed too Gaslighting Manipulation Force sick workers to stay at work
