Pros
- Very reasonable salary considering unskilled work involved - Comfortable working environments (air conditioning and out of the weather) - Very approachable peers and fellow employees - Perfect job as a student or as a second job but would not want to stay there permanently.
Cons
- Management particularly influence from area and state managers and HO staff can be rather aggressive and unpleasant. - Back office systems are pretty painful to use (none of them talk to each other, you often need to use multiple systems to complete one function) - Company is hesitant to invest in upgrades or maintenance for lower calibre positions such as checkout and nightfill staff
