Great co-workers Store manager was lovely (until they quit because it was a terrible job)

Terrible pay under the award (due to an outdated agreement) No penalty rates at all (including Sundays and Public Holidays) Rude management staff Expected to perform managerial roles and train other staff at level 1 pay Horribly rude customers Never enough staff rostered on Expected to perform tasks not trained for and then reprimanded when they are not completed correctly.
