Pros

Gym downstairs (that you had to pay for) so not a pro..... Casual Dress? Not worth it if your job sucks.... so not a pro.... Yeah that's it, nothing was good

Cons

Management was horrible- Lazy and cocky managers. Played favoritism often. Never gave me the time of day and never received any advice. Manager would just say figure it out and stare at you. Benefits are horrible for today's standards. Extremely understaffed to cut costs. Was fired for no reason and my teammates were extremely surprised. manger couldn't look me in the eyes as he fired me and couldn't give me a solid reason. No severance, nothing. Just a bad place that demeans your very soul.

1. Management is invested in professional development and are focused on growth opportunities within the company. 2. Case load is manageable and allows for a reasonable work/life balance. 3. Compensation in terms of salary, paid time off, insurance, etc. is very fair.

Pros

Triage department does some of the initial contacts.

Cons

Management is going in the wrong direction. New changes and processes with added work while taking tools away to help you do your work. The changes and processes are meant to cut costs to help the company expand while overworking the adjusters which negatively impacts claims handling and services provided to customers.
